Helpful when reporting a reading problem: which document kind it was and what looked wrong. Please never email a photograph of a real document with personal details visible — describe it instead, and we will tell you if more is needed.

What wakomi is, and is not

wakomi is a utility, never an authority. It shows what your document supports — never an official determination about your situation. It does not give legal advice, does not file or submit anything on your behalf, and does not represent you. For decisions about your situation, the issuing office named on your document is the authority; wakomi’s job is to make sure you arrive there understanding your own paper.
